A parody of the post-apocolyptic anime, "Fist of the North Star", wherin the nuclear holocaust never happens, and so Kenshiro and his brothers have to settle into a regular society and find jobs!

There are strange creatures different from the earth, and unknown resources. People bet their lives on the depths of the mysterious new world to get huge wealth, organizational plots, or their own ambitions. Here alone, a young man with a wish in his heart is trying to challenge the front line of Asylum.

The alien invader Goa plots to conquer the Earth. He first warns the Murakami family (father Atsushi, mother Tomoko, and son Mamoru) of their invasion, and demonstrates his powers by transporting them to a prehistoric jungle and destroying a Giant Dinosaur before their very eyes. But they will not agree to surrender to Goa, so hope comes in the form of Magma, an armored, golden giant with long hair and antennae. He and his human-sized wife Mol, both created by the wizard Earth are sent to defend the world against Goa.

A teenage boy with a cat slipped into Neo-Tokio of A.D. 2050 from Tokyo of A.D. 1983, and he lost his memory. Captain Gondo of a brunch police station Magnapolice-38 gives him a name as Ryû Urashima, and assigns him as a special police officer, because there is a high possibility that he has something like a supernatural power due to the time travel. Ryû and his colleagues Claude and Sophia fight against a huge crime organization Neo-crime.
