Summary Audric's image is being projected from a body of water on a planet. Jayce goes down to investigate even though Monster Minds are busy draining the water off. Jayce meets the fish people, the X'Hal, and the Old One, and they communicate by telepathy that Audric teleported away from their planet. Herc dives the Pride under water and Jayce attacks the pumping station to reverse the water flow and save the X'Hal. Gillian gets to Audric's abandoned ship and retrieves the teleport coordinates to find out where he went. They are successful and the search continues.
