Summary Carlos is a collector of invaluable stamps. He receives a visit from a very important Count in his house, who is interested in buying some of his stamps. But, one of them disappeared and Carlos blames his employee. El Chapulín Colorado is called to help, but discovers that the one who stole everything was the Count, who is a kleptomaniac.
