S2.E13 ∙ The Baddies

A unit of green Afrikaner army reservists must take on a dangerous gang of psychopaths straight out of Mad Max and hook up with some pretty girls along the way.

This South African action comedy features Daan and Dingetjie, two layabouts who live on their run-down farm with their sister (Sus), who's sick and tired of their lazy ways. She threatens to run off with the first man she meets, and so when handsome young Bill arrives to have his car fixed, the brothers get nervous. They decide they will have to frighten Bill away but he is more than a match for them. When all three arrive home drunk, Sus realizes she has three slackers on her hands. Things start to look up after the brothers strike oil on the farm. Bill travels to Cape Town to call on his contacts in the oil business, and soon the three siblings join him there. Sus and Bill get to know each another better while Daan and Dingetjie go on a spending spree. But what will happen when the oil dries up?

A scientist & inventor in 1907, Dr Plonk, predicts that the world will end in 101 years, unless something is done about it. A comedy in the Charlie Chaplin / Buster Keaton tradition.

An expert in a variety of fighting styles, he opens a school. He soon makes an adversary of a gym that is in the same town. He also makes an enemy of a brothel owner, who brings in a lethal fighter to take him out.

Two con men dupe a country bumpkin into giving them all of her money under the pretense that they'll make her a movie star. She and her family eventually track them in Hollywood, still unaware they're being taken. The crooked pair enlist the help of a bellboy posing as a director and arrange for a fake screen test for the girl.

A hostile Kung Fu gym takeover is orchestrated by the Gold Haired Lion (Kwan Hoi San). After the gym's Sifu and family dies, the student named Mo and his wise guy sidekick, further their kung fu studies to take revenge for their master.
