Once again 4 members of the Science Ninja Team unite to fight a new foe, but this time it appears that Ken's world may be the source of the problem. He as to decide if one of his oldest allies has become the enemy.

On his way to visit the Queen of the Garden of Light, the Sage of the Garden of Clouds accidentally drops the egg of the Houhou. The egg lands in the Garden of Rainbows, where it is found by Hikari, attracting the attention of a powerful pair of servants of the Dark Lord.

Rival private eyes Ryo Saeba and Umibozu must find a way into a high-tech luxury hotel to rescue their friends who are being held hostage and stop a mad South American dictator's plans to use the hotel's supercomputer to unleash a nuclear holocaust. Highly reminiscent of Die Hard, right down to a scene where Ryu bunjee-jumps off of the roof of the hotel skyscraper with a fire hose.

Picking up where the previous film (The Prophecy) left off, Otoha, the new Karas seeks to claim vengeance against the Yakuza that murdered his younger sibling and who left him for dead. Meanwhile the old Karas, Eko, prepares to unleash his wrath upon the unsuspecting humans infesting his city. Otoha, Yurine, and Nue must join forces if they are to put a stop to this calamity.
