Brother Time is a mythic tale of neighbors from different tribes caught in a wider conflict. Kenya erupted in ethnic violence after the 2007 Presidential election, and the two friends fell apart when, suddenly, it was 'not the brother time.' Filmed in the Rift Valley during the clashes, the roots of tribalism are explored as one who saw the worst of the conflict returns home to see his neighbor. To be released during the 2012 Presidential campaign, this message of hope shows it can be Brother Time once again.

Longtime residents struggle to maintain lifestyles passed down through generations. Throngs of eager newcomers are willing to migrate and sacrifice greatly for the opportunity to strike it rich. The people of Djenne (Mali, Africa) end the dry season with a special tradition. They plaster their mosque. This fairy-like building is the largest adobe construction in the world. Due to high temperatures and the (scarce) rainfall it erodes quickly. To prevent the Grande Mosquee from 'melting down' to just a pile of clay, the Djenneke join forces at the fete de crepissage. This documentary follows the preamble to the festival and shows us a different Africa than we think we know. Throughout this storyline runs the tale of a many century old legend about the genesis of Djenne.

Opening with a ten minute tour of the nature of Scotland including landscapes, osprey and Scottish wildcat hunting, the opening third goes on to interview numerous people who have spent time around wildcats describing their behaviour. The film explains the wildcat faces many threats in the UK which the central section explores through interviews with numerous scientists and experts. The closing third looks at possible solutions and provides a compelling conclusion with more wild living wildcat footage in the beautiful Scottish Highlands
