Summary Jukei, master of the North Star Lapis Lazuli Fist, awaits Hyoh, who is still in search of Kenshiro. Jukei, believing Kenshiro cannot win against Hyoh, risks his life to try and restore Hyoh's memories. Meanwhile, Shachi, in pursuit of his own ambition, hands Lin over to the first general, Kaioh. But Kaioh, after taking Lin to his castle, gives off an evil fighting spiritual energy, and declares himself the creator of the new century.
