Summary In October 1991 Lt. Col. Dave Ruvola and his 4 man helicopter rescue crew are called upon to help save a lone yachtsman shipwrecked 250 miles off the New Jersey coast. Their mission is thrown into turmoil by a huge once-in-a lifetime storm. Unable to refuel in mid-air they are forced to ditch into the Atlantic Ocean. Afloat in 90ft seas and 100mph winds they are in for the fight of their lives. Not all of them live to tell the tale.
