A plane crashes in Jana's jungle when trying to deliver medical supplies. Jana and Montaro attempt to rescue the people from the plane but they are captured by the Katuchi, giant ape men who take them as prisoners.
A volcano eruption leaves a group of miners trapped under rocks, it's up to Jana to save them as a local tribe claims the gods don't want them to rescue the white men.
Poachers enter Jana's jungle disguised as a film crew but they end up capturing the white jaguar "Ghost." Jana and her friends must rescue the jungle-born creature before the criminals ship him to be sold.
The people of the jungle are being terrorized by a rogue white Jaguar that looks suspiciously similar to Ghost. Jana must prove his innocence along with her friends.
An elephant becomes deranged and attacks locals, Jana befriends him and realizes he isn't a menace. Now she must convince the locals to spare the life of the animal.
Native Montaro is stung by a strange tarantula, he goes crazy and attacks Jana and her friends. The jungle girl now has to find a way to bring him back to normal.
