When his owners are attacked by a mysterious assailant, intelligent mech "Six" winds up at Fort West where he finds refuge with mech enthusiast Pearl West. However, Six's presence attracts unwanted attention from Perajhan bandits.
Pearl sets out on the cattle drive carrying a big secret. If Six is discovered by her brother - or worse, the bandits - it's all over for Pearl and her new friend.
