While in the "white world," Gallet meets a certain young man. Meanwhile, Varte Parx, who rose as the leader of the Mauve, uses his aerial fortress to put pressure on the Unified Government. The confrontation between the Unified Government and Mauve continues to intensify. Can Gallet change the future laid out in the Otherworld Records? The cogwheel of fate continues to rotate, and the world finally enters a time of change.

Takeshi, a 16-year-old orphan, forms an American football team. During a game, a light interrupts them, revealing Takeshi's Apollonian royal lineage. He has energy powers to control UFO saucers that transform into synchronized robots.

Through genetic engineering, a diverse array of peoples, including beast folk, magical beings, and more, was created to live in a diverse city separated into walled "clusters". Each cluster developed a unique culture, befitting of the people that lived there. Their lives, and the system, is continually maintained by the AI to ensure survival.
