In a city secretly controlled by the rich and selfish, local anarchists have organized themselves into a single force with the goal of sabotaging the corrupt corporate figureheads.
Their headquarters compromised and most of their ranks arrested, the Noam, Scott, and the remaining anarchists must regroup, rebuild, and retaliate against those who are hunting them down.
After failing to rescue their comrades and accidentally rescuing their enemies instead, the group tries to find any weakness they can to defeat Meyer for good.
