Kaschowitz is facing the case of a missing woman, who may or may not have been killed by her husband. Meanwhile his boss is investigating the robbery of a Botero painting. Despite their incompetence, both cases somehow get solved in the end.
Kommissar Kaschowitz desperately tries to fail at his job, so that he will be demoted to a less exciting post. But his boss throws a bank robbery case his way, which Kaschowitz inadvertently solves.
