Daisuke Toujima is a second-year high school student who was abducted when he was young. He was involved in a special phenomenon called Shibuya Drift with his childhood friends Gai, Ru, Marimari, and Keisaku. They were transferred to the center of Shibuya over 300 years into the future.

D'Eon joins the French secret police in the hopes of finding the person responsible for his sister Lia's murder, but he discovers things are more sinister than they appear.

The story takes place after the wandering warrior Leina's championship has ended. The royal court's magician Alicia uses black magic and opens a doorway to another dimension. From that door, a rabbit lures Alicia into another dimension called Melfairland. Melfairland is holding a tournament of its own to award out a Queen's Blade, and Alicia enters the tournament in order to find a way to return to her own world.

A town is erased from space, and the survivors of the event investigate to find out what happened.
