Haruhi Fujioka looks for a quiet room to study. She finds what appears to be an unused music room, but winds up being indebted to the school's Host Club and is forced into becoming a host to pay off her debt.
It's time for physical exams, which means Haruhi's real gender will become public knowledge. The twins fool Tamaki into making a fool of himself. Of course, Kyoya has everything under control.
Haruhi tries to explain how she can tell the twins apart, which leads to them quarreling and making everybody uncomfortable with their 180-degree attitude to each other.
The Host Club get to try out a new jungle-style enclosed resort. Honey-senpai disappears so Mori-senpai and Haruhi go looking for him and walk into a case of mistaken identity.
