Black Label is assigned to kill the corrupt businessman Hideo Aranami. Arashi Mikami, the newest member, is tasked with the execution. Taisei Aranami, Hideo's corrupt son, takes after his father, and is willing to protect the company at any cost.

Dr. Mochizuki announces that Arashi, Mikoto and Oriha will form a team called Ampule 1, in support of the Ampule 0 group formed earlier. Later, at an abandoned apartment complex, Masaki gives Fujino a drug known as Platinum Lily.

Ampule 1 are dispatched to kill the leaders of the Kabuto Group, who are interested in acquiring a dangerous new drug about to hit the streets.

Mikoto finds herself surrounded by hostages strapped with explosive vests-and is forced to "play a game" of escaping from the hostages ... within 10 minutes! Later, as Black Label ponders Ogawa's methods, Ogawa's allies are starting their move.

Oriha and several other idols are invited to perform at the inauguration of a new TV Station building. But when an armed terrorist group infiltrate the building, they lock the audience in a room, taking the idols hostage.

Before Wild Hunt can kill more hostages, Oriha distracts them using a homemade bomb.

Ampule 0 investigate a ship belonging to Kyoji Tobishiro, of the influential Tobishiro Clan. On arrival, Yuko faces the masked Mr. Astro, who announces that their group, Syringe, is declaring war on Black Label ... and they intend to bring chaos to the world.

Fiona directs Ampule 1 to capture Sayo, whose illness has resurfaced. When they encounter the insane Sayo, she may prove to be too much to handle. Meanwhile, Syringe's leader, directs Kaoru and Kaori to kill a detective that's been researching them: Konomi Suzue.

While Mikoto grapples with her feelings towards Arashi, Kaoru and Kaori attack Suzue, only for Tobishiro's thugs to kidnap her. Detective Hijiri, Black Label's police contact, takes command, while Tobishiro's second-in-command prepares to torture Suzue...

The girls relax at the bath and discuss their previous mission. Suzue is now on intensive care. Fiona mentions that she will recover and that there's no D99 in her system. Arashi finds himself resolved to keep fighting to protect those he cares. At school Hinako and Yuu talk about mysterious kidnappings and how strange people have begun appearing, but Arashi knows the truth and warns them to be careful. Miki tries to get information from Inunaki, but he only teases her and gives them a clue. Fiona and Masamune discuss the reappearance of the D99 virus and how it could endanger mankind. Mikoto and Arashi go after a drug dealer that's in a car chase with a hostage.
