Kagura is in a happy mood as the office that was destroyed is now rebuilt, but then a new enemy destroys it once again. Kagura gets a email that is a job request from Gifu.
Albert sends reinforcements to Gifu to obtain the key and Kagura loses his car and the majority of his equipment, goes to the Gifu mountains. He meets Sanae a girl who lives with her grandfather, they welcome Kagura to stay.
The Hound takes action against Albert's group that has occupied the communication faculty. The monster cats get driven out one at a time by The Hounds new equipment, also monster cats surround Sanae's house and Shinsui reappears and targets Umezaki to which a three way gun battle starts.
Albert goes to Gifu and captures Kuro and they go to the radio tower in the mountain. Tanami tries to search for Kuro gets to the radio tower. Maya gets captured by Albert and Umezaki and Shinsui have a important duel.
