A janitor reports a suspicious resident to the police, as he knows he has scrubbed blood from the floor in his apartment, and left it three times with a large suitcase in a short period of time, then disappeared. When a female torso is found in the Danube, the hunt begins all over Budapest. Once the investigators catch him, he is genuinely surprised at what he is suspected of.

The police doesn't have the power to pursue the killer, so they must freeze the case. 11 years later one man is seriously wounded, another is killed, they both have worked in the West recently. Clues suggest that the perpetrator might be the same one who killed more than a decade ago.
