Our real team of queer ghost hunters investigates of one of the most haunted prisons in the world for LGBTQ ghosts, and they get help from a former inmate.
With only a few details, the team members identify who they may be speaking with. But along the way, they uncover dozens of young men imprisoned in the early 1900s for being queer.
The team levels up when the members head up to the wing of dark cells where queer inmates were housed separately. The team leader tries wearing lipstick to attract entities.
When the team leader puts on lipstick, the equipment indicates entities who like his gender queerness. Later, the ghost hunter who identifies as a bear makes contact with the team's first transgender ghost.
After midnight, the team decides to separate. While the lesbian couple and the trans man go to solitary confinement, the cis gay dude who identifies as a bear can't shake a clingy queer ghost who has boundary issues.
The hunt at the Ohio State Reformatory concludes as the team makes contact with a slain prison guard in solitary confinement. Meanwhile, the producers are forced to write one of the Queer Ghost Hunters out of the show.
