S2.E1 ∙ That Day in Rio

In the midst of celebrating Carnivale in Rio de Janerio, Tarzan and Jane are alarmed to learn that many wild and exotic animals are kept as pets throughout the city. Worried that these exotic animals are not in their natural habitat, Tarzan and Jane set off on a mission to uncover the story behind these wild beasts. After following leads, our heroes uncover a poaching operation in the middle of the city. In an effort to stop it at the source, Tarzan, Jane, and, their new Tamarin Monkey friend, Midas, vow to track down the mastermind behind this horrific operation.

S2.E2 ∙ Into the Rainforest

With the help of the Rio de Janeiro Police, our heroes set off on a journey to uncover the source of the poaching operation by departing on motorbikes for the Amazon River Basin. Upon reaching the Teles Pires River the trio jump on a moored boat to continue their adventure deep into the Amazon jungle. Uncomfortable in water, Tarzan begins to become anxious as the water rushes faster and choppier turning into rough rapids. Harshly tossed back and forth, the group decide to try to make it to the edge of the river and jump out of the boat into the rushing water unaware of the dangers below. After evading a huge anaconda and a school of piranhas, the group finally makes it to shore and set up camp for the night. Unfortunately, they soon discover they're not the only ones in the jungle tonight.

S2.E3 ∙ Too Much Monkey Business

Barely catching their breath, Tarzan, Jane, and Midas begin to run for their lives as a barrage of poison darts and spears come whizzing towards them. Completely surrounded by a Warrior Tribe, the trio has no choice but to try to reason with them. Fortunately the warriors soon realize that our heroes are not invaders trying to steal their supplies and eventually lower their weapons. After speaking with the Tribe's Shaman, Tarzan and Jane learn that their way of living is slowly being destroyed due to deforestation and the disappearance of animals to hunt. Upon further discussion, the Shaman tells the group about the legendary ruins from a lost civilization hidden in the mountains - our heroes suspect that this is exactly where the compound is hiding. Tarzan, Jane, and Midas set off again to continue their quest. Accidentally tripping a snare as they approached the ruins a mix of automated futuristic weapons deploy all around them. Continuing on into the ruins, a huge door closes behind them - they are clearly on the right trail.

S2.E4 ∙ The Ruins

Inside the secret headquarters, our heroes carefully travel through the corridors to not sound an alarm. Spooked by an approaching helicopter, the trio accidentally "hides" in a glass elevator and slowly descends into the underground operation. With rows of cages full of exotic animals as far as the eye can see, the trio slips into a nearby room to hide from Security Guards only to discover a large high-tech surveillance system. Jane collects as much information as she can before the Guards try to grab and seize them - but not without a fight. In their attempt to escape, Midas gets captured and thrown in with the other caged monkeys. Fortunately for our team, Midas shared a plan with the other monkeys to disarm the guards and once Tarzan and Jane opened the cages, they all descended. With the Boss approaching and the Guards distracted, once in the clear the heroes dash to a bright light they believe is daylight. Yet the light at the end of the hallway wasn't as expected and they enter into an ultra-modern high-tech lab. With door closing behind them and the alarms blaring, they hear a loud room shaking roar. A massive, angry, and chained Kong is also with them in the lab.

S2.E5 ∙ Return of the King

Facing an enraged and captured Kong, the team slips through the corridors to try to discover if he is the result of some kind of animal experimentation. Proud of her work, Dr. Evelynne Blutgelt emerges and explains that she has been creating creatures. The team soon realize that they are surrounded by giant mutated animals and Dr. Blutgelt releases them onto our heroes. Fighting for their lives, the group gets backed into a corner - only to find a hangar filled with dinosaurs. Dr. Blutgelt opens that door too and our team is attacked from all angles. Narrowly escaping into a smaller control center, the trio locates a gas release to knock out the animals. Upon further investigation the team learns that the dinosaurs are not an experiment, but were captured from a stone Infinity Pit in the temple. Angry, Kong begins to attack the guards and begins to destroy the facility. Tarzan and Jane use the opportunity to lower the dinosaurs and giant mutated animals with cables into the Infinity Pit. Cornered by Kong, Dr. Blutgelt presses auto-destruct unleashing explosions around the center. With no way out but down, Tarzan, Jane, and Midas leap into the pit followed by Kong. The legends of the Land of Pellucidar are true.
