Gordon Ramsay's F Word is back. In tonight's show get three fabulous Ramsay recipes - salad of red mullet with sauté anchovy potatoes, saddle of lamb stuffed with spinach, apricots and cumin and summer pudding with lime crème fraiche - every dish something you can cook at home. Gordon kicks off his challenge to get the nation cooking Sunday lunch by tackling the real life Men Behaving Badly; takes Tana and the kids to collect the pigs he's going to be rearing in his back garden and faces a tough recipe challenge from actress and passionate foodie Angela Griffin. Each week Gordon's kitchen brigade are a bunch of amateurs so serving 50 diners is a huge challenge - this week he's joined by four butchers from Birmingham. To make it even harder the diners have been told not to pay if the food's not up to scratch. It's going to be a tough night. Gordon Ramsay's F Word: A lot more than just meat and two veg.

On the F Word tonight: Gordon has an amateur brigade of Essex boys in the kitchen and sesame crusted tuna, pan fried sea bass with sorrel sauce and apple donuts are on the menu - every dish something you can cook at home. Gordon teaches Jeremy Clarkson how to cook Lobster, teaches a taxi driver how to cook Sunday Lunch for his kids, and Janet Street Porter throws down the gauntlet in the recipe challenge. Plus Gordon launches his celebrity cookbook amnesty, inviting viewers and diners to send him all the celebrity recipe books they have ever bought and never used, for him to dispose of - all in the name of good food, of course.

On The F Word this week an all female amateur brigade join Gordon in the kitchen to cook scrambled egg with wild mushrooms, black bream with peas bonne femme and pink champagne sabayon with citrus fruit. Darren Gough takes Gordon on in the recipe challenge. Janet Street Porter finds a new low fat superfood with four legs. And Gordon visits the Isle of Man to take petrolhead Jeremy Clarkson to task for never cooking and to get him into the kitchen to make Sunday Lunch for his wife and kids. And Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall comes to visit Gordon's pigs and there's trouble afoot.

In this week's F Word Gordon is joined in the kitchen by four brothers from Bolton who are all passionate amateur cooks. Gordon and the brigade cook summer garden soup with walnut pesto, rabbit fricassee with tagliatelli and rhubarb soufflé with white chocolate sauce - and as the stress of the evening grows it's not just the soufflés that are exploding. Janet Street Porter goes in search of a new diet superfood and quickly gets the hump. And Big Brother's Little Brother Dermot O'Leary is in the kitchen for the recipe challenge, taking on Gordon with his Irish Stew and a little help from his mum.

Gordon and his all women brigade cook salt and pepper squid with sweet chilli sauce, bacon wrapped chicken legs with a pea and broad bean risotto and retro classic crepes suzette. Shameless star Dean Lennox Kelly is in for dinner, John Humphrys takes Gordon on in the recipe challenge with his favourite curry recipe, and Gordon travels to France to help an ex-pat family cook a proper Sunday Lunch for their smug French neighbours and enters Trinny and Susannah into the Crufts for pigs: the Royal Bath & West Show.

In this week's F Word Gordon is joined in the kitchen by four Oxford students who are all passionate amateur cooks and think they've got what it takes to thrive in Gordon's kitchen. Gordon and his posh brigade cook Dublin Bay Prawn Toast with Japanese Marinated Cucumber, Lemon Sole En Papillote with red chard and a mouth watering Plum Tatin with clotted cream - all simple recipes you can cook at home. As Trinny and Susannah continue to enjoy a life of luxury in his back garden, Gordon discovers what conditions are like for some less fortunate commercially farmed pigs. Michelle Collins takes Gordon on in the recipe challenge. And Jonathan Ross comes to the F Word restaurant where he gets to grips with a live eel and Gordon shows him the best thing to do with a celebrity cookbook.

Gordon and his brigade cook three simple recipes everyone can cook at home: artichoke, asparagus and onion tart with fried quails' eggs, breast of duck with spring greens and gooseberry sauce and an amazingly easy four minute chocolate mousse. Plus Gordon teaches twin sister midwives how to deliver the perfect chicken for Sunday Lunch; Nick Knowles takes on Gordon in the recipe challenge; Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall helps stop Trinny and Susannah getting sunburnt; Jessie Wallace comes for dinner and Janet Street Porter travels to the Shetland Islands and gets a job in a fish and chip shop.

Gordon and his brigade cook three simple recipes everyone can cook at home: a light summer starter of crab mayonnaise rolls with mango salsa, a succulent beef fillet with mushroom gratin and Gordon's all time favourite dessert - hot chocolate fondant. Can the farmer's daughters get more plates paid for than the A&E Doctors (122/150) and return in next week's final show? Plus John Thomson takes on Gordon in the recipe challenge and brings his favourite kitchen gadgets with him; Janet Street Porter takes on the might of the supermarkets; and the time has come to say goodbye to the pigs as Gordon takes Trinny and Susannah to the slaughterhouse.

In this week's F Word - the last in the current series - Gordon is rejoined in the kitchen by the best performing brigade of the series: The A&E Doctors. Gordon and his brigade cook three simple recipes that everyone can cook at home: scallops and new potatoes with summer truffles, roast loin and belly of pork (not any pork, this is Susannah and Trinny - the Berkshire pigs that Gordon raised in his back garden and last week took to slaughter) and a fantastic apple dessert. Plus Gordon's wife Tana and his kids are in the restaurant to eat the pigs they helped raise, Gordon gets tooled up to go spearfishing, travels to Scotland in search of his grandfather's butcher shop, teaches Little Britain's David Walliams how to cook Sunday Lunch and faces a barrage of abuse as Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and Janet Street Porter take him on in the recipe challenge.
