Just when she's about to start a duel for her freedom, Yuhi steps in and says he'll do it for her, despite knowing the risk of being turned into a card.

Asaka and some of her friends go to the surface to try to recover Mutsuba Juki Kado Seizo Puranto (Mutsuba Heavy Machinery Card Manufacturing Plant) from MIK control. As soon as Manabu and Nyandesuta (Nyandestar) leave Goha Koporeshon (Goha Enterprises) (that's also under MIK control) and head their way to counterattack them, Yuamu and Yuudiasu (Yudias) infiltrate Goha Koporeshon to look for clues left behind by Yuga in his old room before he was turned into a card.

Manabu and Nyandesuta (Nyandestar), that were pretending to be on Feiza's (Phaser) side all along to gather information without any of their friends knowing, manage to steal whatever is locked in Feiza's safe and take it to UTS. Upon arriving, everyone immediately capture them on the accusation of treachery. Despite all of Manabu and Nyandesuta's efforts, no one believes Manabu and Nyandesuta are really on their side after so many people have been turned into cards. During the conversation, Zuwijou (Zwijo) arrives from Berugya Seidan (Velgear Star Cluster). Manabu points out how evil he was until then and challenges him to a duel on the condition that if he wins, everyone will have to believe him and Nyandesuta, but if he loses, he will become Zuwijou's underling.

S2.E8 ∙ Feiza no himitsu (Phaser's Secret)

Feiza (Phaser) passed out for some reason, so Toremoro (Tremolo) took care of him. Since Feiza seems to be fine, they went back to work at MIK. Toremoro suddenly shows that he knew that Sukai (Sky) is spying on them by deciding to capture them to avoid having his brother's secrets exposed. One of Sukai manages to run back to the Goroseo (Gollosseum), but as soon as he realizes that Toremoro managed to follow him, he runs even faster and hides inside the Goroseo. Toremoro go inside the Goroseo to look for him, but Yuudiasu (Yudias) and Yuamu appears. Yuudiasu challenges him to a duel to avenge Yuhi. Toremoro thinks the duel is gonna draw the last Sukai out to give Yuudiasu and Yuamu information, since Sukai are friends with the rebels (anyone against the new MIK), so he accepts it.

Since the UTS members are being extremely protective of her since Yuhi has turned into a card, Yuamu uses Dammamu's powers to sneak out of UTS headquarters to secretly meet Ranran (Lanlan) at the student council president's office of the Dai-8 Uchujin Gakko (Alien School #8). Ranran wanted to give her 2 of the cards that were once people she managed to keep from MIK, but when Ranran tells her Yuhi's last words before turning into a card, Yuamu believes that she shouldn't be the one to keep the cards, so she gives them back to Ranran. Right after that, someone start to break through the wall into their hiding, so Yuamu quickly asks Damamu to carry Ranran out with the cards as she stays to face whoever's coming.

While she takes a moment to think about what to do, Feiza tries to manipulate Yuudiasu (Yudias) into using his resources to help him deport aliens that ever caused any kind of harm.

They take her to Mutsuba-cho to show introduce her to the card game and end up meeting Yuamu, who's acting weird.

Meanwhile, he also pushes Epokku to find her first adversary on the Gyarakushi Kappu (Galaxy Cup).

The group is extremely tired, so they suggest that they take a break, maybe even participate in the Gyarakushi Kappu (Galaxy Cup). Toremoro (Tremolo) sneaks out while they chat, but Dinowa (Dinois) sees it and decides to follow him. As he's trying to sneak into Feiza's (Phaser) office, Dinowa confronts him, suggesting that Toremoro's brother might still be evil, but Toremoro argues that Zuwijou (Zwijo) seems to be the the one that's still evil, considering she's trying to make him and his brother look suspicious. To settle this, they end up deciding to duel. The loser has to say the truth.

Right after Toremoro (Tremolo) and Dinowa's (Dinois) duel, a small closet fell from the sky in the middle of their duel field. Yuamu finds them right as the box opens, revealing itself to be a portal. Meanwhile, Yuudiasu (Yudias) is called by Yuhi to hurry up and earn points in the Gyarakushi Kappu (Galaxy Cup) before the preliminaries are over. Yuudiasu hesitates, since he has been looking after Epokku (Epoch) and teaching her even more about rush duels. Epokku doesn't want him to miss anything because of her, so she pushes him to go with Yuhi to the competition.

Za Setsuri (The Providence) had revealed himself to be actually Zaion (Zion), the CEO of Kakuyasu Uchu Kaguya Setsuri (Cheap Space Furniture Shop Providence), the store that has turned Za Rugu (The Luge), Dinowa (Dinois) and Toremoro (Tremolo) into furniture. He was threatened Epokku (Epoch) because she refused to put Kamijo Gia Kanpani (Kallister Gears) to produce and sell cheap gears in mass for his company. Just when he was about to turn her into furniture for not cooperating, Yuudiasu intervenes and challenges him to a duel. If Yuudiasu (Yudias) wins, Zaion has to leave Epokku alone forever, but if Zaion wins, he will turn Yuudiasu into furniture too. So the duel continues, as Zaion tells everyone the story of his company.

Upon losing the duel against Yuudiasu (Yudias), Zaion (Zion) lost the gear that gave him the power to turn people into furniture, so he can't turn them back to people. Manabu doesn't believe him, so he keeps Zaion. Meanwhile, Yuudiasu tries to check in on Epokku (Epoch), but she refuse to see him. She got scared of him ever since he used a Dakunesu (Darkness) card, even though he didn't get affected by it, like Yuamu. Yuhi suggests to Yuudiasu to simply let her watch him in action to be convinced that there's nothing to be scared of. So, at last, the Gyarakushi Kappu (Galaxy Cup) finals begin.

Instead of starting a duel, Yuhi decides he'll keep a promise to Yuamu and flies off the arena. Zuwijou follows him.

Meanwhile, Feiza (Phaser) finds Yuudiasu (Yudias) in the maze of the Gyarakushi Kappu (Galaxy Cup). They are the last duelists left in the maze, hence the final match beings.

Yuudiasu is not aware of it, so he continues the final duel of the cup against Feiza (Phaser). But then, suddenly, Feiza activates a card that allows him to name a duelist to take his place and continue the duel.

The trio decide to go around and make everyone realize the situation in order to turn them back to normal. After a while, they realize the task is gonna take far too long, so they go to MIK to ask for help. Unfortunately, they can't convince Manabu and Nyandesuta (Nyandestar) that they are in a fake reality, so Manabu calls for their imprisonment.

Then, they look at Mutsuba Tawa (Mutsuba Tower) and realize they still haven't freed Asaka from Kwaiduru jiku's (Quaidul's space-time) effect. Before the trio can even say anything, Asaka and Teru (Tell) trap and begin to "torture" Yuudiasu. Yuudiasu endures the "torture" long enough to impress them, but they still don't wanna hear what he has to say, so he challenges Asaka to a duel.

Now, they try to find a way of challenging her to a duel in order to attempt to free her from Kwaiduru jiku's effect.

Yuudiasu (Yudias), Yuamu and Epokku (Epoch) plan their next steps to try to free the remaining citizens of Mutsuba-cho (Mutsuba Town) when Epokku's stomach growls of hunger. Yuudiasu gives her a curry bread, but before she has the chance of eating it, the trio gets mixed up in random events from the people around them. In the center of the events are Mitsuko and a friend of her: Kago Tamako (Tamako Kago). Tamako is also hungry, and Mitsuko used to feed her with leftovers from Zuwijou's (Zwijo) bakery, but she got kicked out of it by Dinowa (Dinois). Tamako asks for Epokku's curry bread, but Epokku refuses to give it to her. The trio suggests Tamako to find a job and work to buy her own food. Tamako refuses, saying she'll never work, and challenges the trio for a tag duel over the curry bread.

They manage to evade him by using some of their skills, also gaining some time to plan a counterattack.

Then, as UTS is cleaning up and throwing away some of their old stuff, Rovian finds a guitar that used to belong to Purinsesu Gin'yushijin (Princess Minstrel), a poetess she used to look up to.

So far, it has been found out that the toy robot contains data, but the research on it continues. During UTS's breakfast, Tazaki realizes that Yuudiasu's (Yudias) men in Baruberugya (Valvelgear) have already started to disappear, but he keeps this information from the everyone by request of one of the disappearing men, since he wants everyone to stay focused on the research. Tazaki, then, goes to Asaka and asks her to lend some of her employees to make Baruberugya look like it's working normally, but she refuses since she disagrees with lying to the others. Tazaki challenges her to a duel on the condition that if he wins, she'll lend him her employees, but if he loses, she'll tell everyone the truth.

As soon as Yuga got captured, Yuna, who has feelings for him, starts arguing with Manabu, insisting that she wants to see him immediately. Manabu, however, argues that the Berugyajin (Velgearians) lifespan problem is more urgent and important than anything, and they've been waiting to interrogate Yuga for a while, since he probably has some knowledge about the situation. To solve this dispute, Yuna challenges Manabu to a duel.

Yuga managed to escape MIK's trap without anyone seeing him during the duel between Yuna and Manabu. Now, Tazaki locked up Yuudiasu (Yudias), and despite Yuhi and Yuamu asking, he won't tell them the reason why. While the three of them argue, Tazaki receives a call. Whoever called, requested Yuhi and Yuamu to go back to MIK's lab where they are investigating the toy robot. When they arrive, the others start to tell them about a clue they got, but suddenly, Dinowa (Dinois) and Myuda (Muda) break-in and steal the toy robot. They say that, according to Zuwijou (Zwijo), the fate of the Berugyajin (Velgearians) is natural and shouldn't be stopped. Yuhi and Yuamu disagree, so they challenge them to a tag duel for the toy robot's possession.

Dinowa (Dinois) and Myuda's (Muda) distraction at the MIK lab granted Zuwijou (Zwijo) the opportunity to break Yuudiasu (Yudias) free from Tazaki's prison. During the distraction tag duel, everyone realized how spending physical and emotional energy will make the Berugyajin's (Velgearians) lifespan end faster. Yuhi and Yuamu also realized that this is the reason Tazaki locked Yuudiasu, so they rush back to them. They arrive and see Yuudiasu about to start duel against Zuwijou, so they immediately tell him the new information and that both Dinowa and Myuda ran out of energy and disappeared.

The duel between Yuga and Yuhi for the future of the Berugyajin (Velgearians) continues. After Yuga realized that Yuhi has the Shisha Sosei (Resurrection of the Dead) card, he realizes about everyone's backup plan to make sure the card will be usable: the Super Rush Robot on the moon. He immediately rushes towards the robot, but Yuhi catches up to him and stops him. Yuhi, then, activate Shisha Sosei, which activates the Super Rush Robot. The robot connects Yuhi and Yuamu to Yuga's mind and shows them all of his memories, but the duel still continues.
