A friend named Harry goes for a visit to Mr. Bean's room. Unfortunately for Bean, Harry has different things and also a gluttonous guy who eats too much, so much that all the food in Bean's fridge are gone.
Story 1: After observing a street art vendor, Mr Bean decides to try his luck on the same business. Story 2: On a hot night, Mr. Bean is bothered by a persistent fly.
Story 1: A sturdy man snatches Mr. Bean's parking lot. Later, the two rivals compete in a foot race. Story 2: A bird's nest on the roof interferes with Mr. Bean's TV reception. After it has been removed, will Mr. Bean hatch or eat the egg that's in it?
Story 1: Mr. Bean wants to go camping, but all the way from the store to the country side he encounters difficulties. Story 2: Mr. Bean's beloved Teddy disappears in a flight hazard.
Story 1: Mr. Bean takes some frog spawn home and puts in in his bathtub. Soon he has got lots of frogs. The problem: they are getting bigger and hungrier all the time. Story 2: A lady rewards Mr. Bean for saving her dog by inviting him to dinner. But the food isn't good, and that is not the only problem...
Story 1: Mr. Bean wants to adopt a pet, but his lodging has a no-pet policy. Story 2: On a cloudy country, every ray of sunshine is precious, and hence Mr. Bean pursues one.
Mr. Bean falls in love in beautiful singer and has a wish to have an autograph from her. But his attempts are mostly foiled by the bodyguard until he managed to get a mark from Roxy using her handkerchief and Bean is happy.
