Bob takes some pictures for the town photography competition at Farmer Pickles's farm. Wendy deals with a burst pipe at the school hall which could stop the competition from taking place.

Molly is practicing for her first aid exam, using a reluctant JJ as a guinea pig. Meanwhile, Bob and the gang are replacing some old pipes outside the town hall.
Bob and the gang have to convert a house into two flats. Meanwhile, Mr Bentley has been left in charge of the mayor's dog Timmikin, but the dog escapes. Timmikin goes to Bob's yard and eats Pilchard's breakfast. But Pilchard chases him through town and he soon gets trapped in the converted flats.
