The 2007 Rolex Fastnet Race 'Rock Hard' saw a delayed start due to unfavorable weather conditions, resulting in fewer boats participating in the race. Notable contenders included Alfa Romeo, Leopard 3, and Rambler, along with Class 40s. The use of OC tracker technology provided real-time updates on the race progress. Unfortunately, Alfa Romeo had to retire from the race, and a total of 217 boats also retired along the way. In the end, ICAP Leopard claimed line honors and set a new race record, showcasing an impressive performance in the challenging race.
